Live Wedding & Event Painting is a unique one of a kind experience for your special day, that is both enriching and entertaining for your guests. You, your family and your friends will love seeing the process unfold in front of their eyes! From white canvas to colorful background, guests will be amazed as your one of a kind keepsake begins to take shape. Guest will be able to see the finished painted that will be printed on your one of a kind thank you notes that are included with your package.
All Live Painting packages include:
- Original Acrylic Painting painted live on site and finished at the studio
- Travel up to 100 miles roundtrip from Springfield, MA
- Detailed Initial Consultation prior to event
- 6.5 hours live on-site (includes, set up (1 hour) , live painting (5 hours) and tear down (1/2 hour). For extra hours see the "add on" section below)
- 20+ hours of painting at the studio after the event to finish painting with details
- Varnishing to protect the painting
- Hardware so your painting is ready to hang
- Painting two (2) people in detail, plus the room or landscape in the background

A fun and unexpected guest favor for your friends and family. If you have a larger event and want to have twice the amount of portraits completed on site, we can offer a second artist for an additional $500 .

The Fingerprint Tree - Guest Book Painting on Paper
The Fingerprint Tree is a unique kind of guestbook, created by your guests. It is colored and decorated by the guests with their fingerprints and signatures and/or well wishes. Once completed this unique painting can be hung in your home as a keepsake of your special day.
Each Finger Print Tree is hand painted and lettered by our artists on archival watercolor paper. Guest choose from the previously decided upon color palette of inks to leave their finger print, and name or short wish for the bride and groom. Please note The fingerprint tree on watercolor paper should be framed under glass for protection.

From Initial consultation to digital design, we will create a one of kind bespoke design hand painted dress with the colors and designs specified by the bride.
Our artist will create a digital drawing of the plan for the dress, and get the bride's approval before painting begins.

Pet Portraits

Costs will vary depending on the size and elements you wish to have included in your painting. A commissioned portrait will range in size from 11"x14" to 36" x 48" and prices start at $850. Special Moments
Can you paint from photos? ... YES!
Has your wedding already passed? Or is your wedding date already taken? Don't worry, I can still paint your special day from a professional photograph taken that day! Just ask, I am happy to work with you to make a one of kind keepsake heirloom!
Costs will vary depending on the elements and number of people you wish to have included in your painting. A commissioned portrait will range in size from 18"x24" to 36" x 48" and price starting at $2,200 and can include two or more people and pets. For a custom quote based on your vision for your painting, please contact us to request a free phone consultation to discuss your project.
Additional fees
Travel
Packages include travel for the first 100 miles round-trip. Events further than that will accrue $0.70 per additional mile plus any necessary toll/parking fees.
Events more than 1.5 hours away may require coverage for round-trip air travel for two and/or 1-2 nights local hotel accommodation, and any transportation costs (ride-share or rental car), tolls, parking etc.
Expenses are based from Hampden, MA.
Delivery
If the Client cannot pick-up the completed painting from a central meeting point within a 30 mile radius of Hampden, MA, all shipping costs must be covered by the client.
Two Locations
If Event Painting By Erin & Co. is attending both the ceremony and the reception at two different locations within the same day, a $100 relocation fee will incur.
Holidays
For bookings that fall on a Holiday, we may provide a custom quote.
Sales Tax
There will be Sales Tax, from the state in which you reside added to the package price upon booking .

Additional Portraits
For Live Wedding or Event Paintings, should the client wish to have more than two people painted in detail , there is a fee of $350 per extra person/animal.
